ABOUT US
Karen Devereaux serves as the Founder & President of The HR Extension and has more than 25 years of corporate experience. Her expertise as a talent acquisition and HR professional has lent its services to the consumer goods, government, transportation, financial services, telecommunications and logistics industries (amongst others).
In addition to authoring cost-effective training programs, partnering with executive teams to spearhead cost-effective HR initiatives and coaching and developing progressive teams, Karen is particularly passionate about recruiting and has been instrumental in sourcing, securing and retaining top talent for clients around the globe.
Karen holds a Bachelors in Human Resources Management (cum laude) from the American InterContinental University, an MBA in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University and a post-graduate degree in Education with a cognate in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University.
In her spare time, Karen enjoys traveling, cultural exploration and interior design.
